Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A metallic compound nanostructure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control diameter and length of the metallic compound nanostructures by adjusting diameter of catalyst nano particle and mass ratio of catalyst nano particle to metal precursor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of metallic compound nanostructures comprises the following steps: adding catalyst nano particle, metal precursor, and surfactant to solvent; manufacturing catalyst-metal precursor mixture; and heating the catalyst-metal precursor mixture. The solvent is selected from a group including trioctylphosphine. The catalyst is selected from a group including palladium(Pd), platinum(Pt), gold(Au), silver(Ag), rhodium(Rh), ruthenium(Ru) and alloy thereof. The metal precursor is selected from a group including metal, metal alloy, metal oxide, and metal organic compound. The surfactant is alkyl amine-based compound, and selected from a group including oleylamine, trioctylamine, octadecylamine, dodecylamine, and hexadecylamine.
