Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An information managing device and a method thereof are provided to automatically add current contact information of a counterpart person to a contact directory when the current contact information of the counterpart person is different from contact information. CONSTITUTION: When call voice data of a counterpart person corresponding to not registered contact address information is the same as pre-stored voice data, a control unit(401) records the not registered contact address information in a contact address directory. A display unit(403) displays the contact directory. A server(500) receives the call voice data of the counterpart person. The server assigns an identification to the received call voice data.
