MICRO SPEAKER REINFORCED SOLIDARITY OF VIBRATION DEPARTMENT

PURPOSE: A microspeaker with reinforced solidarity of a vibrator is provided to prevent input and output wires of voice coils from being cut since an input wire and an output wire of a voice coil are coupled with a vibrator. CONSTITUTION: A cover(3) closes the opened one side of a frame(1). A yoke(11) closes the opened other side of a frame. An external magnet(7) generates a magnetic field having fixed intensity and direction. An external plate(15) focuses magnetic field generated from the external magnet in specific direction from the top of the external magnet. An internal magnet(9) is inserted into through-holes(10a,10b) equipped in the external magnet and the external plate. The internal plate(17) focuses the magnetic field of the internal magnet to the specific direction. A voice coil(5) generates the magnetic field having the specific direction and intensity according to the control signals. A vibrator(19) transfers the electrical control signal to the voice coil. The vibration plate(21) vibrates upward and downward by the vibrator. A soldering pad(23) transfers the electrical control signal to the vibrator.
