Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A separator for fuel cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fuel battery including thereof are provided to improve electric conductivity and extend lifetime of the fuel battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of separator for a fuel battery comprises the following steps: manufacturing coating solution including conductive polymer; and coating separator material with the coating solution. The conductive polymer includes polyaniline. A manufacturing method of the polyaniline comprises the following steps: setting a reaction temperature of a reactor; cooling until the temperature approaches to the set temperature while stirring hydrogen acid and organic solvent; dispersing aniline derivatives having R and aniline without a functional group which are represented by chemical formula 1; polymerizing by titrating initiating solution into the reactor which aniline is dispersed; filtering, washing, and dedoping; washing with water; and obtaining polyaniline by drying. |
