Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An ultra-light dual drum brake and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to satisfy the mechanical strength and hardness of a drum brake. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ultra-light dual drum brake is as follows. A brake braking member having patterns is the outer circumference at a regular interval is manufactured by using the grey cast iron(S100). The Fe-Al reactive layer is formed on the surface of the brake braking member and includes diffusion saturation(S200). The brake braking member is utilized as a medium and injects the aluminum alloy in 700-780°C. The aluminum brake drum is welded using an interfacial diffusion jointing method in order to surround the brake braking member(S300). Pattern is included of polygon or diamond pattern.
