APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOVING OTHER CELL INTERFERENCE AND MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING THE SAME TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A device for eliminating cell interference, a method thereof, and a mobile communication system thereof are provided to enhance the receiving performance by eliminating the interference signal from other cells. CONSTITUTION: A channel estimation unit(303) arranges an RS(Reference Signal) sequence following the RS location for the FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) signal. An IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) unit(305) regenerates a time domain signal through the RS IFFT of the cell which is obtained by the estimated channel information of the channel estimation unit. A timing adjusting unit(307) provides timing information. An addition unit(308) eliminates the RS IFFT in the time domain by the timing information provided from the timing adjusting unit.
