Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An energy-saving apparatus and method using a pressure difference caused by sloshing in a liquid cargo tank of a ship are provided to effectively reduce energy consumption by using a natural phenomenon for driving a ship. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving apparatus using a pressure difference caused by sloshing in a liquid cargo tank of a ship comprises a cylinder(10), a generator(20), and a supporter(30). The cylinder keeps the gas in the liquid cargo tank. The generator converts changes in the internal pressure of the cylinder into the rotational motion, thereby producing electricity. The supporter fixes the cylinder and the generator on an exterior wall of the liquid cargo tank(40).
