Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for managing power according to an electric appliance and a computer readable recording medium are provided to efficiently reduce power by identifying and monitoring each electric appliance and analyzing power consumption patterns according to each electric appliance. CONSTITUTION: Power information is periodically collected from an electric appliance(100). A power consumption pattern is obtained according to the electric appliance based on the collected power information. Each electric appliance is identified by using the power consumption pattern. The electric appliance is controlled by referring to the power consumption pattern.
