Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A capacitance touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a connection pattern of a single layer structure by a single mask process of a half tone mask process, thereby omitting one mask process. CONSTITUTION: An electrode forming unit includes first electrode arrays(130) arranged in a first direction and second electrode arrays(135) arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction. Each of the first electrode arrays includes first electrode patterns(131) and first connection patterns(110) which connect the first electrode patterns. Each of the second electrode arrays includes second electrode patterns(131) and second connection patterns(110) which connect the second electrode patterns.
