Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder is provided to manufacture YVO based phosphor powder with uniform particle distribution and small particle size in short time, thereby having excellent productivity and profitability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder comprises: a step of impregnating metal salt solution including yttrium(Y) and vanadium(V) into polymer material; a step of calcinations by putting the impregnated material into a furnace heated to the temperature of 500-1000 °C; a step of sintering the product by heating the temperature of 1000-1300 °C; and a step of solution-treating the product by basic solution.
