Three-dimensional decoration and the manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A three dimensional ornament used as an accessory is provided to improve product value and to express logo and trademark with complex design. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional ornament(1) comprises an ornament body(2) protruded and formed of thermoplastic polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride materials; and an ornament sheet(3) which is protruded from the upper side by press molding of high frequency. A protection sheet is laminated on the bottom of the ornament sheet. A method for manufacturing the three dimensional ornament comprises: a step of printing to form a print layer of certain pattern on the upper side of the ornament sheet; a step of inserting the ornament sheet between dies and pressing with a processing machine of high frequency; and a step of pressing/molding the printing layer.
