The Disassembly Equipment of Pinned Finger Type Turbine Blade and Method Thereof

PURPOSE: A device and a method for assembling and disassembling a pin-finger type turbine blade are provided to perform a fixing pin removal work using a push cylinder having a variously adjustable length. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling and disassembling a pin-finger type turbine blade comprises a push cylinder(100), clamping cylinders(200), a spread cylinder(300), a hydraulic supply pump(40), a pressure control valve(70), and a direction control valve(201). The push cylinder separates a fixing pin from a gap between a root unit and a rotor wheel of a turbine blade. The clamping cylinders fix shrouds formed in both sides of the turbine blade. The spread cylinder spaces the turbine blades. The pressure control valve controls hydraulic pressure supplied from the hydraulic supply pump. The direction control valve controls the hydraulic pressure supplied to the push cylinder, the clamping cylinder, and the spread cylinder.
