Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an impeller is provided to sensitively react and rotate by small amounts of fluid because blades of the impeller are overlapped so that most of fluid flowing between wings influences the rotation of the impeller. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an impeller is as follows. A plate is processed in a designated shape by a press or laser. After wings(10) are bent, the wings are fixed to a impeller axis(40). A plurality of the impellers is fixed to the impeller axis.
