APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING STEEL REINFORCEMENT CAGE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for a steel cage is provided to reduce time and costs required for manufacturing a steel cage by automatically and continuously welding tie-hoops in main reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(100) for a steel cage comprises a rotary shaft, support stands(120), fixed stands(130), a rotating unit(140), a transfer unit, a tie hoop winder, and a welding unit(170). Multiple insertion holes(121), in which main reinforcing bars are inserted, are formed in the support stands. The fixed stands are installed in one side of the support stands and have multiple rotary bodies. The rotating unit rotates the support stands and the rotary bodies. The transfer unit transfers the fixed stands in the longitudinal direction of the main reinforcing bars. The tie hoop winder winds tie hoops around the main reinforcing bars transferred from the transfer unit. The welding unit welds connected parts of the main reinforcing bars and the tie hoops.
