Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An application compatibility providing system, an apparatus thereof, and a method thereof are provided to offer the compatibility for applications registered in an application store by transmitting a converted application depending on an application operating environment of a terminal device. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal device requests application download, an identification information receiving unit(211) receives identification information of the terminal device from the terminal device. An operating environment determining unit(212) determines an application operating environment of the device based on the identification information. A converting unit(213) converts the application requested by the device depending on the environment. A transmitting unit(214) transmits a converted application to the device. A database(215) stores the identification information and a terminal information corresponding to the identification information.
