Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light capture ability by forming a first electrode into a double layer of a first TCO layer and a second TCO layer and multiplying an optical path of light which is entered inside the solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A first TCO(Transparent Conductive Oxide) layer(120a) is formed on the side of an insulating substrate(101). The first TCO layer is formed by evaporating SnO2 by using an atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition method. A second TCO layer(120b) is formed on the top of the first TCO layer by evaporating ZnO by using a sputtering method. A semiconductor layer(140) is formed on the second TCO layer. A second electrode(130) is formed by evaporating metal materials on the semiconductor layer.
