Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Chewing gum including caramel is provided to prevent the loosening of a gum base when eating the gum with the caramel, and to offer the texture of the gum and the caramel at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Chewing gum includes caramel(20), and a gum base layer(10) in a ratio of 1:1-3.5. The gum base layer contains 5-40 parts of low molecular polyisobutylene by weight for 100 parts of medium molecular polyisobutylene by weight. The molecular weight of the low molecular polyisobutylene is 50,000-200,000. The molecular weight of the medium molecular polyisobutylene is 300,000-400,000. The gum base layer additionally contains butyl rubber having the molecular weight of 600,000-800,000. The chewing gum is formed by a shape selected from the gum base layer surrounding the caramel, the caramel and the gum base layer in a grid form, or the gum base layer coating a caramel core in a shell form.
