CONSTITUTION: A virtual arthroscopic surgery system is comprised of a controller(10) and a simulator(20). The controller generates a signal according to the use state of a user. The simulator shows a 3D image by reflecting an arthroscopic image property. The simulator performs a virtual arthroscopic surgery by reflecting a virtual operation of the controller to the 3D image according to the signal of the controller. The simulator generates a signal according to the virtual operation of the controller in the 3D image. The controller operated by the signal.
