Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal-deposited activated carbon of sterilizing characteristic is provided to simultaneously secure decomposing and eliminating characteristics to toxic gas based on the reactivity of metal compounds on the surface of the carbon. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal-deposited activated carbon includes the following: Water, and acidic, basic, and alcohol solutions are pre-treated for activating and washing the surface of carbon. Metal acetate is reacted based on a tetrahydrofuran solvent for forming activated carbon fiber/particle metal compounds. An evaporation operation of a re-reducing process is implemented. The mss flow control process of nitrogen gas is implemented for forming continuous inert gas atmosphere. A drying operation is implemented for the activated carbon depositing operation of an acetate compound solution. A heating operation and a cooling operation are implemented to stabilize the metal deposition operation on the surface of active carbon. |
