Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A solar cell and method of fabricating the same is provided to increase transmittance by including an anti-reflective layer interposed between a transparent substrate and a first electrode and reducing the reflectivity of sunlight inputted through the transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and method of fabricating the same, an anti-reflective layer(200) is formed on a transparent substrate(100). A p-type TCO(Transparent Conductive Oxide) layer(300) is formed on the anti-reflective layer. A light absorption layer(400) is formed on the TCO layer. An n-type TCO layer(500) is formed on the light absorption layer. A rear side electrode layer(600) is formed on the n-type TCO layer.
