CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing control device for a door or a drawer comprises the following: a frame(110); a main guiding hole(120) formed along to the longitudinal direction of the frame; a main switch(130) moving along to the main guiding hole, and selectively contacting an outer link; a damper(140) fix-installed on the frame for reducing the moving speed of the main switch; a secondary guiding hole(150) formed along to the longitudinal direction of the frame with the shorter length than the main guiding hole; a secondary switch(160) selectively combining with the main switch; and a returning unit(170) returning the secondary switch to its original location.
