Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A heat transfer plate for thermal treatment in a box-type annealing furnace is intended to correct flatness against slight deformation and ensure a path, which heat can smoothly circulate between the inside and outside of a coil. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer plate(100) for thermal treatment in a box-type annealing furnace comprises a vertical air path(110), a plurality of blades(120), a horizontal air path(129), and a damping piece(130). The vertical air path comprises a smaller vertical air path than the inner diameter of a coil. The blades are formed radially around the vertical air path. The horizontal air path is formed to pass along the length of the blade and is connected to the vertical air path. The damping piece connects neighboring blades and is formed to have thinner thickness than the blade. The damping piece is formed to have lower strength than the blade.
