Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A bandwidth adjusting system and method thereof through the service traffic analysis of an IP(Internet Protocol) net work are provided to dynamically adjust bandwidth according to service traffic. CONSTITUTION: A traffic analysis unit(100) analyzes service traffic into network device traffic on an IP network. A table generating unit(200) generates a bandwidth adjustment table based on service traffic. A controlling unit(300) transfers the bandwidth adjustment to the network device in order to adjust bandwidth about service traffic based on the bandwidth adjustment table.
