Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A propeller for a ship and a pitch adjusting method thereof are provided to maximize the propulsion efficiency of a ship by individually adjusting the pitch of blades. CONSTITUTION: A propeller(100) for a ship comprises a propeller shaft, multiple blades(120), and individual pitch adjusting units(130). The blades are coupled to the outer surface of the propeller shaft. The individual pitch adjusting units adjust the pitch of each blade. Each individual pitch adjusting unit has a rotation pin(131) and a power transfer unit(132). The rotation pins are coupled to connection parts of the propeller shaft and the blades through shafts.
