Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A network system and an energy consuming unit are provided to reduce the on/off cycles of a component which consumes energy when a controller recognizes information related to the reduction of energy consumption amounts or energy costs. CONSTITUTION: A controller(61) recognizes energy information or additional information. A component is controlled to maintain a target value. The component is periodically turned on/off. The on/off cycle of the component increases more than the current on/off cycle according to the energy information and the additional information that the controller recognizes.
