DUAL PHYSICAL QUANTITY SENSOR

PURPOSE: A dual physical quantity sensor is provided to improve the precision in pressure sensing by restricting a temperature difference between pressure sensors. CONSTITUTION: A dual physical quantity sensor comprises a first physical quantity detecting device which detects a physical quantity of a first object, a second physical quantity detecting device which detects a physical quantity of a second object, a temperature detecting device which detects the temperatures of the first and second physical quantity detecting devices, a first correcting part(74A) which implements correction of a detection signal of the first physical quantity detecting device, excluding the variation according to temperature changes, and outputs the corrected signal as a measurement signal on the first object, and a second correcting part(74B) which implements correction of a detection signal of the second physical quantity detecting device, excluding the variation according to temperature changes, and outputs the corrected signal as a measurement signal on the second object.
