CONSTITUTION: A waterproof cover for an opening of a ship comprises a first cover(100), a second cover(200), a connection part(300), and a distance control part(350). The first cover and the second cover are faced each other. The connection part connects the first cover and the second cover to each other. The distance control part controls the interval between the second cover and the first cover.
