APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING ENFORCED GLASS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing tempered glass capable of preventing the generation of thermal deformation and cracks in the temperature process of a tempering bath by slowing pre-heating tempered glass based on the heat of a potassium nitrate solution contained in the tempering bath. CONSTITUTION: A main frame is prepared. A tempering bath(5) is spaced apart from the longitudinal direction of the main frame and includes a door. The tempering bath heats potassium nitrate solution by an internal heater and tempers bare glass immersed in the potassium nitrate solution. A loading robot(2) transfers the bare glass and ups and downs the bare glass. A pre-heating cover(10) pre-heats tempered glass based on heat generated from the heated potassium nitrate solution by opening the lower side of a jig part on which the tempered glass is loaded.
