Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A producing method of food using helianthus tuberosus is provided to enable users to easily intake the food, and to prevent the destruction of fibers in the helianthus tuberosus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of food using helianthus tuberosus comprises the following steps: crushing the fresh helianthus tuberosus(S110); adding additives into the crushed helianthus tuberosus to obtain a mixture(S120); cutting the mixture into the constant size, and baking at 80-100 deg C(S130); and hot air drying the baked helianthus tuberosus(S140). The additive includes brown rice powder, barley powder, glutinous rice powder, and gluten. |
