Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A feed gas preheater for a furnace is provided to enhance the reaction of atmospheric gas with a non-fired material by preheating atmospheric gas to be supplied. CONSTITUTION: In a furnace(10) wherein an insulator encloses the interior of the furnace, gas supply pipes(20a,20b) provide atmospheric gas, and a sagger(60) is loaded with non-fired materials by the driving of a transfer roller(40), a feed gas preheater(70) is installed in the gas supply pipes passing through the insulator so that the atmospheric gas is heat-exchanged with the latent heat of the insulator. The preheater has partitions(71) arranged in a zigzag form.
