Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A seismic device comprising an independent chamber for adhesive is provided to prevent excessive increase in height of a seismic device and damage to an elastic body and prevent the separation of the steel pate of the elastic body from rubber during use. CONSTITUTION: A seismic device comprising an independent chamber for adhesive comprises an elastic body(10), and flanges(20a,20b). The elastic body absorbs vibration energy. The elastic body comprises a chamber. The chamber is an independent space, which can be filled with adhesive(30a,30b) to be coupled to the flanges. The flanges are located on the upper and lower parts of the elastic body and couples the elastic body to a structure like bridge.
