Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process by eliminating a photo lithography process for cutting off an ohmic layer, a barrier layer, a fist electrode, and a second electrode each other. CONSTITUTION: A first conductivity type semiconductor substrate(110) comprises a front side which accepts sunlight and a back side which coping with the front side. A first conductivity type diffusion region(140) and a second conductivity type diffusion region(150) are formed by being extended from the rear side of a semiconductor substrate to the inner side of the semiconductor substrate as a constant depth. The first conductivity type diffusion region is a region in which the dopant of a first conductivity type and the dopant of the second conductive type are executed counter-doping. A seed material layer is formed in a border area between a second region and a first region by a recess which is formed in the rear side of the semiconductor substrate. |
