Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cooling and heating device for alternative energy using a thermoelectric semiconductor is provided to automatically change cold air into hot air depending on external temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating device for alternative energy using a thermoelectric semiconductor comprises a solar cell(10), a DC power receiving unit(20), a motor(30), a blower(40), a cooler/warmer module(50), and a thermoelectric semiconductor. The DC power receiving unit receives power generated from the solar cell. The motor is operated when the DC power receiving unit receives power. The blower generates wind when the motor is operated. The cooler/warmer module converts the generated wind into cold and hot wind using the thermoelectric semiconductor.
