Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An electronic component classification apparatus is provided to automatically measure interval of between a sensing device and an electronic component using a distance sensor. CONSTITUTION: A return unit offers a space capable of settling an electronic component. The return unit comprises a pad which is carried to a retuning direction of the electronic component. An inspection unit(30) is installed in order to face to the electronic component on the electronic component. The inspection unit comprises a sensing device which senses the property of the electronic component which is settled on the pad. A space measurement unit(70) measures interval of between the sensing device and the electronic component. The space measurement unit comprises a distance sensor which measures interval with the upper surface of the pad in the upper side of the pad.
