CONSTITUTION: An item database(420) stores a plurality of card arrangement items. A limit condition database(430) stores limit conditions restricting the application of a card arrangement item. An item applying unit(330) applies a card item. A user-created item unit(340) registers a user-created card arrangement item in an item DB. An item auction unit(350) sells the user manufacture card arrangement item through the auction. The item auction part receives the price of sales as user game money.
