Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A hybrid plasma torch is provided to efficiently process high-capacity wasted gas by execute an effective control of plasma through a burner and to independently or dependently manage flare of the burner and the plasma of the hybrid plasma torch according to amount and type of the wasted gas. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid plasma torch comprises a cathode electrode(110), an anode electrode(120), a burner(140), a pilot electrode(130), and an insulating plate(150). The cathode electrode comprises a cathode body(111), a cathode bar(112), a cathode terminal(113), and a cathode case(114). The anode electrode comprises a positive pole body(121), a bipolar case(122), and a first gas supply hole(123), an electrode, and a cooling water line. The pilot electrode comprises a pilot body, a pilot case(132), and a second gas supply hole(133). The burner comprises a burner body(141), an oxygen cycle part(142), a combustion gas circulation part(143), a cooling water circulating part(144), an oxygen supply line(145), a combustion gas supply line(146), and a third cooling water line(147).
