Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A UV- and heat-curable composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force with ITO deposition glass and low contamination to liquid crystal while facilitating the control of viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A UV- and heat-curable composition comprises: about 40-80 weight% of a urethane(meth)acrylate compound having a structure represented by chemical formula 1; about 3-15 weight% of a monomer containing at least one functional group selected from a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, and an amine group; about 0.5-10 weight% of a photoinitiator; about 5-40 weight% of a thermosetting material; and about 10-40 weight% of inorganic filler. In chemical formula 1, R1 represents hydrogen or C1~4 alkyl group; n is 15~30; and m is 1~5.
