Provided is a combine wherein the problem of conventional combines that threshed products and tailings are concentrated to and easily deposited on a shaking separator (27) near one side on the downstream side of a threshing cylinder (26) in the rotating direction is solved. The combine comprises a rachis-branch treatment mechanism (61) for treating the tailings which is provided to the feed end side of a tailings-returning mechanism (60) for returning the threshed and separated tailings to a thresher (5) or the shaking separator (27). A tailing discharge section (83) facing toward the inside of the thresher (5) from the rachis-branch treatment mechanism (61) is opened so as to be positioned at the upper and lower portions of the lower surface of the threshing cylinder (26) in the thresher (5) when viewed from the side.
