Zusammenfassung:	The diverter (1) has a vane drive (6) comprising a drive cylinder (9) with a piston rod (11) that is connected with a piston (10). The piston rod is engaged at a turning plug (5) via a dual knuckle (12) at a distance to a rotational axis (14). The rod is sealed between the cylinder and the knuckle via a housing seal (19) and guided via a housing opening (18). Outlet openings (21a, 21c) are provided between the cylinder and the housing seal. An outlet space (22) is formed between the cylinder and the seal and communicated with a surrounding area of a housing (15) via one of the outlet openings.
