The electric autarky system includes an autarky controlling circuit (111) to control autarky of the digital processing block according to the amplitude of the autarky supply voltage. The autarky controlling circuit includes a stop unit (12) to stop a clock (5) of the digital processing block when the autarky supply voltage is less than a reference supply voltage (V1) of the digital processing block.
