Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for cultivating stichopus and scallop is provided to cultivate stichopus and scallop by sinking a cultivation device in seafloor. CONSTITUTION: A device for cultivating stichopus and scallop comprises: a steel pipe frame(10) which is vertically and horizontally formed; a bolt(20) formed in the edge of the frame; a linkage in which a screwnut(30) is integrally combined; a net(40) formed in the frame; a buoyancy adjustment rope for tying a buoyancy adjuster; a strand rope for horizontally interlinking cultivation ropes; a suspended line for perpendicularly descending the cultivation device in seafloor; and a rope for supporting the cultivation device.
