Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A type 2 beta-agarase recombinant expression vector which transforms prokaryote is provided to cheaply produce beta-agarase of high activity. CONSTITUTION: A beta-agarage recombinant expression vector comprises: a Streptomyces griseus-derived trypsin gene(sprT) promoter; and Streptomyces coelicolor-derived beta-agarse gene(dagA). The expression vector further contains Streptomyces griseus-derived sgtR1 gene or Streptomyces griseus-derived sgtR2 gene. The recombinant expression vector is pWHM3-TpAsm, pWHM3-TpAsmR1, pWHM3-TpAsmR2, or pWHM3-TpAsmR12. A method for preparing beta-agarase comprises: a step of culturing Actinomyces transformed by the recombinant expression vector; and a step of collecting beta-agarase from the culture.
