Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A porous water-dispersible polyurethane resin is provided to ensure multifunctionality and low toxicity in the human body using a natural material through a polymerization process capable of exhibiting a porous structure. CONSTITUTION: A porous water-dispersible polyurethane resin is obtained through one step or two steps of urethane reaction mechanism as a synthesis process of natural nano particles/water water-dispersible polyurethane resin. The polyol is a compound(active hydrogen: -OH, -COOH, and -NH2) having two or more OH groups prepared by adding and polycondensing epoxide to the compound having active hydrogens. The particle size of the porous water-dispersible polyurethane resin is 50nm-1000μm.
