Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A water flow reducing device using a riverside water reservoir is provided to recycle water for all kinds of different amenities. CONSTITUTION: A water flow reducing device using a riverside water reservoir comprises a water reservoir(110), a rainwater pipeline(120), a filtering member(130), and a water draining member(140). The water reservoir is buried in a riverside and stores water. The rainwater pipeline receives rain water from the ground surface and transfers water to the reservoir. The water drain member pulls out the water from the water reservoir to the outside by using a water drain member. A drainpipe drains the water, which is stored in the water reservoir, to a river. A water drain controlling member controls the flow rate of the water drained to the water reservoir.
