Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for enhancing discoloration and washing efficiency of fat and oil is provided to remove pigments which cannot be removed in deoxidation and discoloration(activated clay and activated charcoal). CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing discoloration and washing efficiency of fat and oil comprises: smoothly processing a discoloration process and a washing process in the refining of fat and oil; deoxidizing fat and oil to enhance the color; adding 3~10% of an alkaline solution of 3Be~7Be and raising the temperature to 60~90 °C; performing the reaction for 10~20 minutes and performing the sedimentation; and repeating the process two times.
