WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A white light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make each sub layer include one kind of a fluorescent material, thereby maximizing light emitting efficiency of a long wavelength fluorescent material. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent material layer(101) absorbs light emitted from a blue light emitting diode(110) and emits light with the wavelength different from the wavelength of the absorbed light. The blue light emitting diode includes a gallium nitride-based semiconductor emitting layer and a light emitting peak in the wavelength range of 410nm to 460nm. A fluorescent material layer includes a blue series fluorescent material, a green series fluorescent material, an orange series fluorescent material(136), and a red series fluorescent material.
