Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An LED backlight unit is provided to increase the uniformity of light and brightness by applying optical pattern on both sides of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: An LED backlight unit comprises one or more LEDs which generates white light and a light guide plate which uniformly projects light from the LEDs to the upper part. The light guide plate comprises a first pattern in its lower surface and a second pattern on the upper surface. The second pattern of the light guide plate guides light to an Y direction.
