Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A public display method, apparatus thereof, and system thereof are provided to differentiate information transfer level based on the interest of a user. CONSTITUTION: Operation information of a man exposing to a public display is detected(S110). The level of the tag corresponding to the operation information of the detected user is decided(S120). Display information is displayed on a display device according to the determined information transfer level(S130).
