Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A biosensor is provided to minimize the amount of biosamples necessary for measurement and to minimize the deviation of a serum amount. CONSTITUTION: A vertical flow type biosensor comprises a measurement layer, an upper cover(10), and a lower substrate(30). The measurement layer is used for measuring a reaction with a bio sample. The upper cover is placed at the upper end and comprises an open window and upper protrusion(15). The lower substrate is placed at the lower end of the measurement layer and has a lower protrusion(35).
