FREE ENVIRONMENT COATING MATERIAL TO PREVENT SLEEPING FOR SAFETY WORKING

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly anti-slip paint is provided to prevent accidents caused by the slipping of pedestrians or operators by preventing the sliding on a painted part of crosswalk or general road. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an environment-friendly anti-slip paint comprises the steps of: injecting a water soluble ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) resin, ion exchanged water, potassium oxide, titanium dioxide, and ferric oxide in a mixer and mixing the processed natural stone crushed materials; and injecting phosphor powder and self light-emitting glass beads(BaO-ZrO2-TiO2) to the mixture. The environment-friendly paint comprises 22~24 weight% of aqueous EVA resins, 20~22 weight% of ion exchanged water, 29~31 weight% of potassium oxide, 1~11 weight% of natural stone crushed materials, 2~4 weight% of titanium dioxide, 1 weight% or less of ferric oxides, 0.1~4 weight% of phosphor powder and 0.1~3 weight% of self light-emitting glass beads(BaO-ZrO2-TiO2).
